You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Information on this site
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete or current. Session times, locations, prices and what is included may change.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Exercise carries risk. If you have a health condition, an injury, or you are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you, speak to a doctor before starting. Members are asked to complete a health questionnaire before training with us.
Bookings and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry or booking an intro call does not create a membership or oblige either of us to enter into one. Membership is governed by our separate membership terms, which we will provide before you join.
Prices shown on the site are correct at the time of publication and may change.

Where we link to other websites, we do so for information only. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content.
